• Ships from: Flushing, New York 11355 (USA).
• Domestic (US): Rates calculated at checkout by ZIP zone and item weight — typically $8–$28. Delivery in 3–6 business days.
• International: Fully insured worldwide shipping, calculated by destination and weight, in 7–14 business days.
• Sales tax: New York state sales tax (8.875%) applies to orders shipped within NY. Other US states are tax-free; international duties are the buyer's responsibility.
• Custom pieces: Bridal lehengas and made-to-measure orders ship in 4–6 weeks.
• Tracking: A tracking link is emailed the moment your order dispatches.

Returns & Exchanges

• 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Bridal, custom-tailored, and jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• Exchanges for a different size or color are complimentary within India.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email ambreen@anqar.com or call 646-579-5142 with your order number.
2. Our concierge will confirm eligibility and share a pickup schedule.
3. Pack the piece in its original box and hand it over to the courier.
4. Refund or exchange is processed once we inspect the returned item.
